Data we use
When an account is created, we process the name, email address and technical account data. If Google sign-in is selected, Google is used to verify identity. Stripe processes AI membership payments; Paysera may be used for other purchases on the website. Full payment-card details are not stored on this website.
AI conversations, voice and files
Your entered text, conversation context and submitted files are sent to OpenAI to prepare a response. A voice recording is sent for transcription, and the response text may be sent for speech generation. Do not provide unnecessary health information or other sensitive data about yourself or other people.
Conversation archive and retention
Messages, AI responses, conversation timestamps and the selected model are stored in the website database. Only authorised administrators can access the archive. Under the current service configuration, conversations are not automatically deleted after a set number of days and are retained until the user requests deletion. This does not remove the data controller’s obligation to assess the necessity of retention and delete data when it is no longer needed.
A new conversation does not delete data
The “New conversation” button clears the active website conversation context but does not delete the administrative conversation archive. A separate request is required to delete the archive.
Requesting a copy or deletion of data
Email gintaropokalbiai@gmail.com from the address used for your account. After the requester’s identity is confirmed, the request is handled through the WordPress personal-data export or erasure process. The website erasure process removes the AI conversation archive, local conversation history and images generated by the user.
Payment records, credit accounting and reasonably necessary abuse-prevention records are not part of the conversation archive and are assessed separately. Backups and data retained by OpenAI and other service providers follow separate processing and deletion procedures; deleting data from the website does not mean that every provider copy is removed immediately.
